Art and Design Resource Files

Our Art & Design Resource Files, available for Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 contain a wide variety of creative experiences, which will ensure your pupils gain a broad range of artistic knowledge and skills in drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, textiles, sculpture and the work of different artists, designers and craftspeople.

This comprehensive package of teaching resources comprises:

• a ringbound Resource File containing primary art & design lesson plans, medium-term plans with cross-curricular links and photocopiable activity sheets that will save you hours of preparation time
• a CD featuring an electronic flipbook with a wide variety of examples of works of art by artists and children that link to the lessons in the file, perfect for starting a discussion and ideal for a whiteboard
• a large-format Flipbook featuring the images from the CD, perfect for whole-class teaching and display

The Art & Design Resource Files gives primary teachers the flexibility to interpret the material to suit your own style and pace.  Medium-term plans give an overview of the forthcoming lessons, their learning objectives and outcomes and cross-curricular activities.

Within the Art & Design Resource Files for KS1 and KS2 there is a CD containing all the works of art from the flipbook in electronic format. Each image can then be projected on to a whiteboard or screen for whole-class teaching. (A site licence is included in the price.)

The Art & Design Foundation Stage Resource File includes an editable version of the whole file, in Microsoft Word, allowing you to customise it to suit your school, plus all the images from the flipbook, ideal for projection onto a whiteboard. (A site licence is included in the price.)
