LCP - who are we? 
A really friendly bunch of people who make and supply really fantastic, and above all time-saving, teaching resources and other stuff for schools and teachers.
We pride ourselves on our customer service at LCP. If we can help you with anything at all please telephone us on 01926 886 914.
When you ring us between 9-5 Monday to Friday, we try to make sure that you always speak to a real person not a computerised message. (Outside of those times you may get a machine - sorry but we have to go home sometimes!)
Now for the more detailed bit...
LCP is the trading name of Language Centre Publications Limited, which was started in 1993. From small beginnings, the company has moved several times and we now occupy some 12,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.
Still privately owned and run for the benefit of teachers and student teachers throughout the UK and overseas, we're proud to say that we are now one of the UK’s most successful educational publishing houses!
As our name suggests, we were originally a publishing house specialising in Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) provision for schools. However, while maintaining an ever-stronger position in the MFL field, the company has since diversified into other areas of the school curriculum, especially within the primary school sector. We now have three main divisions:
1. Teaching Resources
Our teaching resources division produces primary school resources for teaching Art and Design, ICT and Design & Technology, Geography, History, Music, Mathematics, MFL, Literacy & Phonics, Physical Education, PSHE & Citizenship, Religious Education and Science. In addition to this we have a range of cross-curricular resources, including materials for Learning Outside the Classroom and Special Educational Needs.
2. School Management
LCP has also expanded into the area of primary school management and we now produce a range of resources for headteachers and senior leaders, plus school governors and other teaching staff, such as our ever-popular Policies for Primary Schools, Risk Assessments, A-Z Staff Handbook CDs plus many other titles including our new Teachers Friend Series of books and data assessment tools, including our innovative primary pupil tracking service - iTRACK Primary.
3. iTRACK Primary
iTRACK Primary is an online pupil assessment service that provides primary schools with everything they need to track their pupils' progress and attainment, while also fulfilling many of the reporting requirements of Local Authorities, School Improvement Partners and Ofsted. As well as these three divisions, LCP also operates another
service for schools called Karascope.
Karascope
Karascope is a service which allows teachers and schools to buy and try bite-sized chunks of LCP teaching and school management resources. Most of the resources you find on this website can also be found on Karascope.
