Primary Science Dictionary

Our Primary Science Dictionary is easy and fun for your pupils to use.

As well as an alphabetically-arranged dictionary of scientific words, it has lively, full-colour pictures, plus photographs and diagrams that clarify and enhance the written entries making it a joy to use.

It will help your pupils to:

• Find out more about the science topics you study in class.
• Improve their literacy skills.
• Achieve higher marks in science tests.

Many of the dictionary definititions includes other words in bold, which pupils can use to look up and find out more information about the chosen topic.

The dictionary will also support your pupils' work in text-level literacy by familiarizing them with reference material.
