WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

The price (exclusive of VAT) for the Goods (“the Price”) shall be the quoted price of the Seller and payment of the Price shall be made by the Buyer within 30 days of the date of the invoice for the Goods. Prices on this website are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact the office on 01926 866 914.

MY SCHOOL WON’T ALLOW ME TO ORDER ONLINE. HOW ELSE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Official school orders can be emailed to [email protected] or can be posted to iTRACK Education Limited, 3 Benford Court, Lower Cape, Warwick, CV34 5DA, any official order numbers quoted, will appear on your invoice. If you would prefer to speak to one of our team to place an order please call 01926 886 914.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INVOICE, WHO DO I MAKE A CHEQUE PAYABLE TO?

Please make cheques payable to ITRACK EDUCATION LIMITED. If you would prefer to make a direct bank transfer please contact us on 01926 886 914 for the bank account details.

I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

Our opening hours are between 9.00am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday). Please call the office on 01926 886 914 and one of our staff will be happy to help you.

IS YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM SECURE?

Our website uses Stripe to take online transactions. Stripe operates a reliable and secure proprietary technology platform that enables us to accept a vast array of payment types across multiple channels in a safe and secure way.

HOW DOES THE DOWNLOAD SERVICE WORK?

Our download service is simple, you select which product download you require and pay. Once the payment has successfully been made the file/s become instantly available. Download files appear on screen once the purchase is complete. After this time they will appear in your ‘My Account‘ section which can be found on the top right hand toolbar. Subsequent downloads purchased will also sit within this area.

If you are unable to pay online simply process your order and request an invoice. Download will be released once payment has been paid in full.

CAN I PURCHASE AS AN INDIVIDUAL?

We welcome orders from individuals, whether you’re a teacher, parent/carer or just ordering a resource for a friend or family member. If you are not an authorised account holder we would require payment for goods before a download. Payment can be made online using our secure payment system Stripe.
