HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Goods are normally delivered within three to five working days for orders within the UK and ten working days for overseas orders.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?
Orders are accepted subject to availability of stock and may be delivered in two or more instalments.
The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer at the address of the Buyer as provided by the Buyer.
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods if they have not been rejected and returned in mint condition on or before the fourteenth day after delivery. The Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods in whole or in part after such date.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
The price (exclusive of VAT) for the Goods (“the Price”) shall be the quoted price of the Seller and payment of the Price shall be made by the Buyer within 30 days of the date of the invoice for the Goods. Prices on this website are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable. Postage and packing charges are also quoted exclusive of VAT.
If the Price is not paid by the due date interest shall accrue both before and after judgement on the unpaid portion of the Price at the rate of 4 per cent above the Bank of England base rate.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us at the school’s expense, securely wrapped and in mint condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund.
MY SCHOOL WON’T ALLOW ME TO ORDER ONLINE. HOW ELSE CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Official school orders can be emailed to [email protected] or can be posted to LCP, 3 Benford Court, Lower Cape, Warwick, CV34 5DA, any official order numbers quoted will appear on your invoice. If you would prefer to speak to one of our team to place an order please call 01926 886 914. Should you wish to fax an order over the number is 01926 887 136.

IS YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM SECURE?
Our website uses Stripe to take online transactions. Stripe operates a reliable and secure proprietary technology platform that enables us to accept a vast array of payment types across multiple channels in a safe and secure way.
HOW DOES THE DOWNLOAD SERVICE WORK?
Our download service is simple, you select which product download you require and pay. Once the payment has successfully been made the file/s become instantly available. Download files appear on screen once the purchase is complete. After this time they will appear in your My Account section which can be found on the top right hand toolbar. Subsequent downloads purchased will also sit within this area.
If you are unable to pay online simply process your order and request an invoice. On processing your order we will release your download. (authorised account holders only).
CAN I PURCHASE AS AN INDIVIDUAL?
We welcome orders from individuals, whether you’re a teacher, parent/carer or just ordering a resource for a friend or family member. If you are not an authorised account holder we would require payment for goods before dispatch. Payment can be made online using our secure payment system Stripe.
WE ARE A BOOKSHOP/BOOK SUPPLIER CAN WE STILL ORDER?
We are happy to take orders from bookshops or suppliers. Simply order either online or over the telephone. Payment will be required before dispatch of goods. A quote will be issued and once payment is received in full, goods will be dispatched. Trade discount is offered on order value and will be applied directly to your quote.
